Dreams From The Futures an Immersive Instillation

Dreams from the Futures is a collaboration with a Singapore based studio Space Objekt. The instillation is also curated and sponsored by the St-Art Indian Foundation and Singapore Tourism Board. By weaving familiar elements such as typography, architecture, color and sound from Indian and Singaporean cultures, the work aims to re-imagine the known and transport the viewer into a journey of possible dreams and futures. The goddess faces serve as a gateway into the heart of the work and other elements in the instillation such as mycelium, Virtarka mudra, cosmos and flora signify interconnectedness, inclusiveness and love for nature. From the entrance onwards, the viewer is encouraged to consider the human connections we make as we cross roads with new cultures and communities.
